DHLでの配送となります。

Your order will be shipped by DHL.
Items that are in stock will be shipped after your payment is confirmed and within five business days after you have placed the order.
In case that it may take more than five days before shipment, notification will be posted on the website.
Individual notifications will be sent for delivery dates for items that are not in stock or custom-made.
If you have questions, please email emamima before you place an order.
*Some items are restricted or prohibited to be sent by DHL according to the country of delivery.

返品について

作品は1点ずつハンドメイドで制作しており、個体差が有るため表記の寸法には若干の誤差が生じる事があります。
写真は撮影の状況により実物の色、形とは多少違いがある場合もございます。
商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的には返品、交換には応じておりません。
ご不明な点が有れば商品購入前にemamimaまでメールでお問い合わせください。

返品・交換はemamimaのe-boutique で購入された商品のみ対応いたします。
商品到着後3日以内にメールでご連絡ください。
