お手入れと使用上の注意

■金属製品　

・金属は時間の経過と共に表面が黒ずんで参ります。お手入れはそれぞれの金属に合った専用のクロスやポリッシュで使用方法をご確認の上使用してください。

・細い金属や小さな石等を使用したジュエリーは圧力や衝撃が加わると曲がったり脱落する恐れがございますので十分お気をつけください。

・金メッキをかけた製品は徐々に薄くなってくる場合があります。金メッキの掛け直しは有料で承ります。

■天然石・パール・木・革

・水分、薬品などがつかないようにご注意の上、汗などが付いた場合は柔らかい布で拭いてください。

・木や革は経年で色合いが変化してまいります。

■革製品

・素材に合ったクリーナー、クリームなどでお手入れをしてください。

・水分や汗などが付かないようにしていただき、万が一濡れた場合は陰干しをして乾かしてください。

・保存する際は湿度の高い場所を避けて保管してください。

・濃い色の革は衣服などに色移りする可能性が有りますのでお持ちの際は十分お気をつけください。

■木製品

・木部は自然のままの風合いを生かしているため油分や水分が付くと色が変化します。基本は乾拭きで経年変化をお楽しみください。

・木部は落下や強い衝撃が加わった場合は割れる可能性が有りますのでご注意ください。

■ガラス・ヴィンテージパーツ

・激しくぶつけたり落下させると割れる可能性がありますので十分ご注意ください。ヴィンテージのパーツは1点ものが多くお修理は不可能な場合がございます。

Care Instructions

■Metal products

・Metal will tarnish over time. Use a cloth or polish suited for the specific metal and follow care instructions. 

・Be careful with pieces with thin metal or small stones, as they may bend or fall off when pressure or shock is applied. 

・Gold-plated pieces may gradually become thinner. 

■Natural stone/pearl/wood/leather

・Avoid exposure to moisture and chemicals. Wipe off perspiration from the pearls using a soft cloth. 

・Wood and leather will age and change colors.

■Leather Items

・Use cleaner and cream suited for the material.

・Avoid exposure to moisture or perspiration. In case a piece becomes wet, let it dry naturally in the shade.

・Avoid storage in a humid place.

・Be careful with dark-colored leather as color transfer to clothing may occur . 

■wooden Items

・As emamima makes best use of natural texture of wood, a wooden piece will change color with exposure to oil or moisture. 

・Wipe with a dry cloth and enjoy its aging process.

・Be careful handling wooden piece as it may break when it is dropped or exposed to shock.

修理について　

emamima e-boutique で購入されたお修理可能なものに関しては修理を承っております。

ご購入後普通に着用していて以下の状態になった際には無料で修理を承ります。

・ご購入後半年以内のネックレスの金具の脱落、その他金具の外れ。ピアス、イヤリングの金具または本体の破損

＊商品発送時の送料はお客様のお支払いとなります。

以下の場合はお修理代金を申し受けます（材料費、工賃、送料、手数料込）

・ご購入後半年以上経過した場合

・お客様のもとで商品が破損した場合

・リングサイズ、ネックレス、バングルの長さの変更（デザインによっては修理ができない場合もございます）

・メッキの掛け直し、その他バッグ等の補修など

ご連絡の無いままお修理品を送られた場合は受け取れませんのでご了承ください。

Repair

We offer repair service for items that are repairable products purchased from e-boutique

Emamima will repair items where following changes have occurred under ordinary wear. 

The repair is free of charge if the changes occur within six months after your purchase.

・Loss of clasp or metal parts of necklace

・Damages to metal parts or the accessory itself in earrings

*It is the customer's duty to pay for the shipping cost of items for repair.

Repair for the following circumstances will be charged (including material cost, repair, shipping cost, and handling charge).

・If the damages occur after more than six months since the purchase. 

・If the items break in the possession of the customer.

・For changing the ring size or length of necklace or bangle. 

・Redo the gold-plating

・Repair of the bag

Please note that some designs are not repairable.

Emamima will not accept items for repair if sent without prior contact.
